About My home caretaker

MyhomeCaretaker was founded after we found out an elderly customer had been charged by a handyman over £100 just to change the channel of her TV (She had accidentally pressed the AV button). Most of this cost was made up of an initial call out fee.

We quickly realised there was really no one you could call if you wanted what, on the face of it seemed like easy straight forward jobs completed. These jobs are way to small for most tradesmen to be able to assist with, without a charging a hefty call out fee to cover their costs.

For example, to change a light bulb an electrician would have to charge in the region £50 before they even started.

So MyHomeCaretaker was born providing a low cost membership club so you had someone you could call to get the small jobs completed whenever they arise.
